Two apartment blocks comprising a housing development with 56 units of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The bases of these L-shaped buildings, which are partly below ground level, are to be used as parking space. There are two flats per floor with lift and staircase connecting them to the basement and ground floor levels. The façades are partially covered in ceramic material and thermosealed aluminium grids in the service areas.

Dois edifícios de habitação colectiva constituídos por 56 fogos do tipo T1, T2, T3, e T4. Os edifícios desenvolvem-se em L, sobre um embasamento semi enterrado que se destina a estacionamento. Adoptou-se a tipologia “esquerdo/direito” com caixa de escadas e elevador de ligação à cave. As fachadas são parcialmente revestidas por elementos cerâmicos e grelhas de alumínio termolacado nas zonas de serviço.
