Restoration and extension of two commercial and office building in the centre of Funchal.
The buildings are defined as typical of the beginning of the last century, with their façades of plastered and painted stonework and traditional fenestration with wooden frames. Both buildings have had work done to them over the years, possibly the most significant of which was the replacement of the old wood flooring by cement paving.
The internal alterations were carried out in order to adapt the existing space to a small office building with a sole staircase and lift.

Reabilitação e ampliação de um edifício de comércio e escritórios no centro do Funchal;
Os edifícios podem caracterizar-se como construções típicas do início do século passado, apresentando fachadas em alvenaria de pedra rebocada e pintada com fenestração tradicional guarnecida de caixilharias em madeira. Ambos sofreram diversas intervenções ao longo do tempo, tendo sido provavelmente a mais profunda a substituição do antigo soalho assente sobre vigamento de madeira por lajes de betão armado.
As alterações interiores destinaram-se a adaptar os espaços existentes a um pequeno edifício de escritórios dotado de caixa de escada única e de elevador.
