Primary school, with capacity for seventy-five pupils, comprising four classrooms and including other facilities. The school shares some space and facilities with a retirement home and day centre situated in the vicinity.
The building, partly concealed on the hillside, merges with the background. Only the four classrooms are above ground level, protected from the afternoon sun by a covered portico running the whole length of the façade. The landscaped roof is used as a children's recreation area on which objects are disposed that are both functional - as skylights providing light and ventilation, and recreational - designed to complement the children’s playground equipment.
The inside corridors, covered in tiles of various colours, reflect and capture just the right amount of light filtered in through the skylights.

Escola primária com capacidade para setenta e cinco alunos distribuídos por quatro salas de aula, incluindo instalações de apoio. A escola partilha alguns espaços e serviços com um lar de terceira idade e centro de dia situado na proximidade.
O edifício, semi enterrado, funde-se com a encosta. Só as quatro salas de aula afloram, protegidas do sol poente por um pórtico coberto a todo o comprimento da fachada. Na cobertura ajardinada, utilizada como recreio infantil, implanta-se um conjunto de sólidos que funcionam simultaneamente como clarabóias de iluminação e ventilação e como objectos lúdicos que complementam o equipamento infantil instalado no exterior.
Os espaços de circulação interiores são revestidos a azulejos de cores diferentes, onde a luz, colhida na medida exacta, se prolonga e reflecte.
